01 / The Brief
Declined Claims positions itself as an insurance advocacy company, independent insurance experts working with individuals, businesses and professional advisers whose insurance claims have been rejected, delayed or disputed. By their own description, they're the only company in Ireland doing this specific thing.
That's a genuine positioning asset and a genuine problem at the same time: most visitors have never heard of "insurance advocacy" and don't know how it differs from hiring a solicitor. The site has to teach that distinction fast, before anyone with a declined claim decides whether this is the right call to make.

03 / The Challenge
A homeowner whose flood claim was rejected is in crisis mode, searching in plain language, wanting to know if they have a case. A solicitor with a client's contested commercial policy is evaluating a specialist referral, and wants to see professional credibility, memberships, insurance-industry expertise, litigation support experience, before picking up the phone.
The build serves both without forcing either through the other's content: plain-language "when you need us" framing for the consumer route, and a distinct Litigation Support for Solicitors & Barristers page and Professional Adviser Support service for the referral route, with the Academy of Experts, CII, III and LIA memberships doing the credibility work for both audiences.

06 / What we did
Consumer and commercial claim journeys, plus a dedicated solicitor-referral path, each got their own route through the site rather than one shared "Services" list serving three very different visitors at once.
Individual service pages for each offering, from Early Expert Evaluation Reports to Litigation Support, on a template that scales as the practice adds services.
Academy of Experts, Chartered Insurance Institute, Insurance Institute of Ireland, LIA and Cork Chamber all placed prominently, the fastest way to establish legitimacy for a category most visitors have never encountered.
