The 3D animated hero, built to show a product that only makes sense in motion.
01 / The Brief
From description to e-commerce transaction.
Frameless had a brochure site. It described the product, listed the range, and asked people to get in touch. Everything after that happened by phone, by email, or not at all.
The job was to turn it into a shop, and to do it without losing what made the product worth buying in the first place. Architectural glass is a considered purchase. It is also intensely visual, and almost impossible to sell from a static photograph.
02 / Results, Earned Traffic
Google Analytics 4, property 368409753. January – July, 2026 against 2025. Earned traffic covers organic search, direct, organic social, referral and email.
03 / Channel by channel
Every earned channel multiplied.
Not one channel carrying the rest, the whole earned base moved together, which is what you'd expect when the site itself gets better rather than when a single tactic works.
Sessions, January – July 2026 against the same period in 2025. Bars scaled by growth multiple.
04 / The Challenge
A shop is a different animal to a brochure.
Moving from brochure to e-commerce isn't a redesign with a checkout bolted on. Product data has to be structured, variants have to make sense to someone who isn't a glazier, delivery and lead times have to be stated plainly, and every page that used to end in "contact us" has to end somewhere better.
We rebuilt the site bespoke rather than dropping the range into a theme, because the product range doesn't behave like a normal catalogue and a template would have forced it to.
05 / What we did
Bespoke, with a 3D hero
A full redesign and custom build, opening on a 3D animated sequence. Glass reads as nothing much in a still photograph, it needs light moving across it before it looks like the thing you'd pay for.
Search mapped to real demand
Page-level keyword optimisation across the range, structured so that each product and product type has a page capable of ranking on its own terms rather than everything funnelling through the homepage.
Social, because product is visual
Once the site was live it was obvious the range deserved to be seen rather than described. We moved into short-form video on Instagram and Facebook, showing installations and mechanisms in motion.
Live site maintenance
Ongoing maintenance, updates and support since launch, alongside the marketing programme, so the shop keeps working rather than slowly rotting after handover.
The site
Bespoke walkthrough.
Desktop walkthrough scrolling through the homepage, shop listings, variant choices and basket checkout flows.
Desktop walkthrough, homepage, shop, product detail, basket.
06 / Across the site
07 / Mobile
The 3D hero carries to mobile at full quality.
Product imagery, variant selection and checkout all built for portrait first. The animated hero isn't dropped or swapped for a static fallback on small screens, it's the thing that sells the product, so it stays.
08 / Social Content
The product moves, so the content moves.
Short-form vertical video across Instagram and Facebook, installations, mechanisms, finishes and the moment a frameless door actually swings. Organic social sessions to the site grew 5.7× year on year.
Reels view and insights integration pending Supermetrics API upgrade.

Traffic we can stand behind.
Our focus remains on building organic authority and social resonance that lasts, rather than boosting numbers temporarily with paid click traffic that doesn't convert.
Client Testimonial
VJ Bronk - Frameless“BW Digital was more than happy to help. Bharath patiently reviewed the site, made all the necessary adjustments, removed a pile of unnecessary add-on costs, and completed the project to far more than our satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, he remained positive, smiling, and incredibly effective.”
