Smart Roofing has spent over 20 years working across Cork, Limerick and Kerry, with 200+ completed projects and a 25-year guarantee on flat roofs. Their work spans everything from a single slipped slate to full attic conversions and home renovations.
Most of that traffic arrives at a moment of urgency, a leak, storm damage, a chimney that's started letting water in, searching on a phone, wanting to know fast whether this is a company that turns up and does the job properly. The site had thirty seconds, not thirty minutes, to answer that.

One trade business, three counties, seven services, one job: get to the phone number fast.
Cork, Limerick and Kerry each needed to feel covered rather than like an afterthought, separate phone lines for Cork and Limerick sit in the footer for exactly that reason. And "roofing" on its own undersells the business: liquid rubber membrane, flat roofing, attic conversions, chimney repairs and full home renovations are genuinely different jobs with different search intent behind them.
The build gives each of the seven services its own page, built around the specific problem a homeowner is searching for, "flat roof repair Cork," "gutter replacement," "attic conversion", while the homepage keeps the essentials (years of experience, counties covered, the guarantee, the quote button) visible without scrolling.
